General Reservation Regulations

Welcome to the Migdal Gueliz Apart Hotel. In order to guarantee a pleasant stay to all our guests, we kindly ask you to take note of the following rules.

1. Arrival and departure times

• Arrival: Apartments are available from 1 pm to 11 pm.
• Departure: Departures must be made before 11am.

2. Cancellation policy

• For direct bookings, a refund is possible if the cancellation is made 15 days before the validation date.
• For cancellations made 7 days in advance, the customer will receive a 50% refund.

3. Security deposit

• A security deposit of €100 per day is required. This amount will be automatically refunded after your stay, provided no damage has occurred.

4. Apartment capacity

• Each apartment has a specific maximum capacity. For additional guests, a bed must be requested from the administration in advance and is subject to a charge.

5. Use of facilities

• Guests are free to use the property’s facilities, but must respect the surroundings and the equipment.

6. Security policy

• Security cameras are installed throughout the establishment to ensure the safety of our guests.
• Outside visitors are not permitted.

7. Règlement Intérieur

• Les heures de silence sont de 23h à 7h du matin.
• Les fêtes et événements sont strictement interdits.
• Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorisés.
• Les couples résidants doivent présenter un acte de mariage à l’arrivée.

8. Modes de Paiement

• Nous acceptons les paiements en ligne, les cartes internationales, et les paiements en espèces.
